St. Michael's Mission
Archangel Michael, Protect Me!
Archangel Michael, Seal Me!
Archangel Michael, Stand where I AM!
For your daily protection and in emergency situations, offer this prayer to this mighty archangel to intercede in any situation. (Offer it multiples of 3 times for greater effectiveness.)
Three great religious traditions--Christianity, Judaism and Islam--honor Archangel Michael as the figure who is the great protector of God’s people.
Archangel Michael is the sponsor of those serving in law enforcement, in the military, as well as doctors.
WHAT IS SAINT MICHAEL'S MISSION?
Saint Michael’s Mission is to generate awareness of the power and protection of Saint Michael the Archangel to the world. This includes ongoing education, the publishing, sale and distribution of spiritual outreach tools and opportunities to witness.
We are currently distributing the Archangel Michael card you see above to those serving in law enforcement, the military, doctors, and any first responders who daily put their lives on the line to protect and serve us. And these beautiful cards can provide spiritual encouragement and a practical tool to anyone, anywhere in our troubled world.
You, too, can be part of this mission!
Who is Saint Michael the Archangel?
Archangel Michael is mentioned by name five times in the Bible where we see his role is demonstrated as Captain of the Lord’s Hosts, Prince of the Archangels, Defender of the Faith, and the Leader of the Lord’s Host in Armageddon. In Daniel 12:1, it is revealed that archangel Michael has an important role as defender or guardian of God’s people: “At that time Michael shall stand up, the great prince who stands watch over the sons of your people.”
To “stand up” comes from the Hebrew word amad, which means “to interpose; to come forth to render aid” (Strong’s Lexicon). There are numerous examples in literature, art and history that sight the spiritual intercession of this Mighty Archangel.**
Why Call (Pray) to Archangel Michael for Assistance?
The angels in God’s service are prayer intercessors. By Cosmic Law, we may call upon them by name for our physical and spiritual protection.
According to Divine Law, unless we (or someone on our behalf) call out in prayer to the angels for their assistance, they are not able to intercede on our behalf in time of need.
Many biblical references give us instruction on our use of prayer (speaking the Word) to invoke angelic assistance for our daily protection such as: Ephesians 6:11: “Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” Psalms 91:11: “For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.”
