And I ask that all information necessary to the fulfillment of my divine plan be released to my outer waking consciousness as it is required.         Petition to be a Direct Outpost of Cuzco’s retreat for the Adjustment of Planetary Cycles.

In the name I AM that I AM, Beloved Surya and Cuzco and the Four and Twenty Elders, re-energize your special dispensation and special action released at the Shasta Conference 1975, for those who wish to become outposts of Cuzco’s retreat and electrodes for the adjustment of planetary cycles. I am stepping forward in service, for the lofty purposes of the Great White Brotherhood! Therefore, I AM a direct outpost in the physical, of Cuzco’s Sacred Retreat of the Blue Flame at Viti Levu in the Fuji island chain, the retreat that is dedicated to the adjustment of planetary cycles.

        I step forward now to receive the anointing to be the rod of power that is required for the transmutation of the energies that have held back the Mother flame, that in the original crisis caused the cataclysm of the sinking of Lemuria—this misqualification of Eva--the Mother of living--of that life-force.” And if selected, I accept the visitation of an angel from Sirius, one of the angels who form the mighty blue eagle, to go to the place where my heart is consecrated, where my life has been retained on Terra for this supreme moment of the adjustment of planetary cycles!

And henceforth, as I retain this electrode, I AM a direct outpost of this retreat of Cuzco; and thus can expect at any hour of the day or night, the rushing-in of fire for a purpose, for transmutation. And when I feel the fire flow, a corresponding energy of misqualified substance of Terra will also come into that vortex for transmutation. And in that moment, I will hold the balance of Libra, of the Holy Spirit; and I will keep the balance for the renewing of levels of consciousness and the stabilization of all mankind.
